News & results...

Agility Edge is a cash and sponsor prize league that rewards excellence in agility.  Competitors may claim points for top 10 places and unplaced clear rounds from all KC, UKA and approved unaffiliated shows. Members also benefit from a free e-magazine packed with great money-saving offers. This year videos of most – if not all - Champ Finals will be made available free of charge to all Agility Edge e-News subscribers.

How It Works

The Agility Edge League opens for entering points from Wednesday, 1 January 2014. and runs until Wednesday,  31 December 2014. Dogs must be aged 18 months or over on Wednesday, 1 January 2014.

Points are given for top 10 places gained at KC and UKA shows where awarded by the organising show. Points may only be claimed for places that are awarded. e.g., if the show only places to 3rd, for example, then only those places may be claimed for. Competitors can claim from 1 point for an unplaced clear round up to 11 points for a win at KC, UKA and approved affiliated show.

There are special categories for Steeplechase and Games, and awards for Best Veteran Handler, Junior Under and Over, and Elite handler.  The Elite Award will be won by the dog and handler combination winning the most points in Champ Finals and UKA Masters over the year.  There are also Club awards. Competitors may assign their points to a Club and the one with the most points at the end of the year will win a DoggyJumps See-Saw worth over £400!

The prizes!
The top handler in each of the seven League four heights including Standard will win a top prize of £100 and a minimum prize of £50, depending on the number of competitors in their League. The 'Specials will also win similar amounts.

In addition, prizes from our sponsors will be distributed between the 1st and 2nd placed.  Our sponsors include: Ace-Canine, Ultimate Agility, CSJ, DoggyJumps by Polyjumps, Nutriment, Mind to Win, Positive Animal Solutions, Camddwr Canine, Norton Rosettes, Riaflex and British Agility Championships.
