2009 Application

For the past eight years, we've sent out a special Winning Out Certificate to celebrate handlers and their dogs who have won into the next level or grade during the past year. And thanks to generous support from our sponsors Purina ProPlan, your Winning Out Certificate is absolutely free! Wins in Kennel Club or UKA shows, and also for the first time this year, BAA shows, all count.

Our 'New Years Honours' page will list all of the winners-out during 2009 that we know about by 31 December 2009. (NB - it's now 2pm on 31 December 2009 - we are now making up the New Years Honours page, so entries submitted now won't appear on 1 January, but PLEASE still complete your form to get your Certificate!)

So if you have moved up a level - or know a friend or someone at club who has - and would like a Winning Out Certificate, send us the details. Please complete the ONLINE form below and click the 'Submit' button. No need to email or post.  To give us time to correct all entries and collect all names, the Certificates will be sent out at the end of January 2010.

Please use the form below, a separate form for each dog/person combination (two or more wins for the same dog can be put on the same form).

Don't add wins achieved in 2008 - they will go on our records as 2009!
