Due to adding an additional night Derbyshire Dog Agility Club has some training places available on Tuesday and Wednesday nights at Hargate Equestrian Centre, Derbys DE65 5FJ. Just off the A38/A50.

 There have two spaces with Nic Jones on the 1st Wednesday of the each month, and several available on 2nd Tuesday on each month. Tuesdays start from Feb 2014. There are also places available with Sandra Adams on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of each month. Georgina Baker has spaces on the 4th Tuesday of each month from February 2014.

Laura Chudleigh is offering Beginners Agility Classes starting 4 January 2014 on Saturday afternoons at Chadwick End, Solihull (outside venue). Dogs must be 12 months and over, any breed of dog welcome. Cost: £50 for a six week course.

Essentially Paws (Plumpton, East Sussex) has a small number of spaces on the 9-10pm class, which is aimed at beginners or those who are relatively new to agility. NOVEMBER 2013

Due to work commitments someone has had to drop out of the Alan and Selina Bray Training Day on Sunday, 17 November and we have a space for a G1/2 dog of any size You do not yet need to be fully weaving but should be doing all obstacles. The session is at the Milton Keynes Equestrian Centre in Hanslope which is an indoor venue and will be from 1pm to 4pm. You will get 1.5hrs tuition with each trainer. Cost: £35

A new course for Beginners is starting at Warehill Agility Group on Monday, 11 November at 7pm. in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. There are also have spaces for competing dogs of all levels.

OCTOBER 2013

 Phoenix Agility Club (Leics/Notts border) has spaces for winter training/practice.  They are a small group of agility enthusiasts who meet for extra practice.  They work on whole courses and small training exercises, and support is always available if you ask.  All grades/interests catered for from fun agility to Grade 7.  They meet outside at Normanton (nr Loughborough) on Saturdays 2.30 pm.  Also indoors at Bunny Equestrian Centre Monday evenings 7.00 pm.  There is also have a beginners Flyball group on Saturday mornings 10.00 am at Normanton.  Membership £10.00 per year. Sessions £4.00 each.

Ain't Misbehavin' Agility is holding an open day on Saturday 12th October from 2pm at their training venue near Colchester, Essex. The club is run by a small group of enthusiasts with a passion for dogs and Agility, based in the village of Great Bentley which is approximately five miles east of Colchester, Essex.

We specialise only in agility, the fastest growing sport in the dog world. We hold a number of weekly classes designed to cover all levels of training, from complete beginners to experienced competitors, and also regular workshops to focus on specific aspects of agility. Places are also available in our new Puppy foundation group and our Beginners 1 group for dogs with no previous agility instruction. Classes will be commencing within the next few weeks and run on Wednesday evenings. All new equipment, experienced and A.C.A.I instruction, great guidance and support, regular fun social events.

Patchwork Training is offering a Beginners Agility Taster course on 18 May, 25 May and 1 June 2013. The course will look at the agility equipment, teach you how to train your dog to do the obstacles after you have learnt the necessary exercises to help you and your dog begin a lifetime of agility and fun. No experience is necessary as we will begin with the Foundation course and follow through to Beginners. All breeds welcome. The sessions are from 2.00pm to 4pm.
