Looking for canine stars...Top Agility Dogs and Handlers Required for Film
Once they have your details - and if you and your dog are then selected to go through - you would be required to be available to film for two blocks of five days - five days in November and five days in January. Payment would be £150 a day. Filming is taking part at Pinewood Studios Cardiff and at an Arena in Cardiff, so the nearer you are to the M4 corridor the better, although this isn't necessarily a requirement. You just need to be able to get there. In addition, the casting company is also looking for 30 dogs - again, different breeds or mixed breeds, not just collies - that are at Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme Silver or Gold Award level. This is to ensure that dogs are trained to a certain standard and handlers have some handling skills. If you have done Obedience and you and your dog are at this level or above, you area also invited to apply. Agility Dogs to take part. They are looking for a mix of breeds, so anyone with
a Small, Medium or Large G7 dog can apply.
